Completely Classic

Crisp and clean, navy blue paired with white is a classic combination that always feels fresh. Add a little tweed and this outfit is about as classic as it gets. (Tired of reading the word classic, yet? Last time, I promise.)

blue and white

It really took every ounce of me to not throw on a brightly-colored belt or my yellow pumps, but I chose to keep my accessories understated in silver. And I’m glad I did.

Sure, it’s not my my flashiest or most fashion-forward outfit but I love how clean it is.

Do you ever find yourself scaling back on accessories? Did you like the result?

I really like that jacket- classic is a great description!

And honestly, I just wish I could be wearing skirts right now- I suppose it is 50 degrees in Cleveland today, but tomorrow- the forecast is for snow!

I love the look of clean and classic cuts… in fact, I usually prefer to buy more “classic” prints and tops over many statement looks! Cute!

I Love this combo! The colors are so clean and classic, like you said! And I think the silver accessories were a perfect choice! I sometimes teeter between more colorful accessories versus neutrals, but I usually lean more to the safe. I need to learn to be more bold in my fashion choices, I think! Great shirt…I want it!

I totally know what you mean about typing classic a hundred times in 1 post, but if that’s what it is, that’s what it is! You know I love this outfit and I’m glad you kept away any bright colors – the silver really does let the whole outfit mesh together.

    and your hair: amazing.
