Pattern Mixing for the Office

When it comes to pattern mixing for the office, I try to keep it a little more understated. In a more conservative environment, bright clashing prints can come off as inappropriate; however, keeping the patterns in the same color family isn’t quite as loud. It still looks modern and fresh without being too flashy.

Loving this look, and fortunately I can wear whatever I want to work, he he.
As for yesterday’s post. I think if you want to change it up go for it! It’s always better to do it sooner rather than later. I’ve stayed with a couple blogs as they’ve migrated. As long as I like them I’ll follow them wherever 🙂

You’re the cutest! I can pretty go as fancy or as casual (but not TOO casual) as I’d like for work. I’m in a creative fashion environment, which is fun because anything goes! Love your red pants!

I’m a Pilates instructor so I wear work out clothes to work, but I love the red pants and the striped blazer! This is something you could wear anytime!

How cute! I love stripes and gingham together. I am really lucky because I can wear pretty much whatever I want to work- no one except other people in the office ever see me. I always try to look cute, but not overly professional. Even the people that go on sales calls don’t dress really professional, just cute. What you have on in this post is like what I would wear to work.

I love the stripes and gingham…you just gave me several outfit ideas!! I have to dress more conservativesly for my office so I’ve been trying to spice it up.
