Even though it kind of feels like Winter here in Virginia today, over the weekend we were still experiencing some lovely Fall weather. And how better to dress for Fall perfection than with some plaid mixed with an army green field jacket. I added in some black skinnies with booties, and I was pretty much hitting all the Fall trends.
Y’all. I can’t tell you how much I loved this combination. Feel like you’ve heard that a lot lately? Yeeea. What can I say? I love Fall fashion and a great pair of jeans!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this outfit!! I think I would wear it everyday and I just might if I can find a plaid shirt in those colors! And get my army green jacket out of storage. 😉
Black skinnies are my total go-to pants anymore…I picked up a pair, along with a dark indigo color, years ago for $12 each at TJ Maxx not knowing if I even liked them (I didn’t try them on) and it turns out I wear them all. the. time. When they wear out I don’t know what I’ll do as I’ve never seen a pair that fit the same way.

Great outfit and wonderful chic style that’s easy to pull together! I have a pair of black skinny jeans from Old Navy and a black and white plaid shirt and an olive green cargo jacket. I’m wondering if it would work without that pop of color in your shirt. I also own a pair of suede tan booties. Maybe if I add a scarf with color, that would make my outfit look great? I might give it a try!
