Do you ever associate certain prints with seasons? Floral print of course always reminds me of Spring, and plaid reminds me of Fall. For some reason gingham makes me think of warm Spring weather. So when we were having a Spring-like day this weekend, I couldn’t wait to break it out with my magenta cropped pants. Top: Old Navy, Pants: J.Crew, Shoes: J.Crew Factory, Necklace: Apricot Lane (option, option)
Curious to see how I’ve worn this top before? Gingham is perfect for easy black layers or print mixing with stripes!
Now I’d love to see how you’re remixing your wardrobe!Fizz & Frosting (Bloglovin’) / See What Katie Wears (Bloglovin’)

The gingham is adorable with your colored pants and really love it tucked into a skirt too. And I bet there are a zillion more ways to wear it too – which is why I think a gingham shirt is definitely a must in a remixable wardrobe!
This gingham top goes perfectly with the colored pants. My favorite is with the stripe dress, I have very similar pieces in my closet and will to give it a try. Thank you for the inspiration.

I love the gingham with purple! I always think of gingham of summer and spring too. It’s a nice light-weight print/fabric 😀
Love the color of those pants!! I never bought any gingham while it was big last fall, maybe Spring is the time to do so!

Gingham reminds me of Easter- probably because my Easter best dresses or tops were Gingam as a child. I love your mix it! I have seen your blog before in several of the same link-ups I am linked to and I may have been here once or twice before, but I love your site and style. I will definitely link up to your mix it Monday in the near future, until thn you have a new follower. I would love it if you came by and visited my blog sometime. Rachel xo
