Last Monday, Aaron and I had our gender anatomy scan. It was truly a moment I will never forget. The sonogram was much longer than the first, but I probably could have sat there for hours, listening to baby’s heartbeat and seeing that little face. All baby’s measurement’s were taken and we learned that our little one is quite healthy and measuring in around 74th percentile!baby scan 20 weeks

And although Aaron had all but convinced me, we got quite the surprise!

IT’S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!

We could not be more thrilled! We’re already talking names and planning a nursery. To celebrate, Aaron and I went to Old Navy and picked out a couple baby outfits. I can’t wait to see her in them!

And because Aaron couldn’t let me have all of the fun, he spoofed my reveal photos. I gotta say: he is workin’ that ribbon. I kind of love him more for letting me take this (and share it on the blog)!

    Congrats! It’s so fun finally knowing – it makes everything feel so much more real, and when you can start picking a name and creating a space (and buying adorable outfits – eeee!) you really feel like you can start to getting to know your little one. Love these photos too! The spoofs will be perfect for an album.

    Congratulations!!! Knowing the gender came especially in handy during my last two months of pregnancy when I didn’t want to buy more maternity clothes but still had the shopping itch to scratch. FYI – Baby Gap has THE BEST SALES 🙂
