When is it too early to start talking about Christmas? I used to firmly be in “no holiday talk until after Thanksgiving” camp, but I’ll admit that over the years my opinion is slowly starting to shift. My mind is already starting to jump ahead and think about shopping for the perfect gifts for my friends and family (and maybe jumping a little to Holiday decor too, even though I won’t be decorating until after we feast on turkey)!
I like to think of myself as a pretty good gift-giver. I enjoy coming up with fun gift ideas, and I really love when I’m able to find something unique. So I was excited to discover a new-to-me company called UncommonGoods. They have everything from housewares to accessories to jewelry. Half of everything they sell on their site is handmade and almost all of the jewelry is made in the USA. (Check out the handmade jewelry here!) The fact that they support and promote US designers is a big plus, and I love how unique everything is! You’re not going to find items like this at the mall!
Tee: Nordstrom, Vest: J.Crew, Skirt: J.Crew Factory, Belt: Target, Bag: Michael Kors (similar), Boots: Hunter, Bracelet: c/o UncommonGoods, Rings: Charming Charlie, Necklace: (similar)
I am wearing a crochet hook bangle from UncommonGoods. It’s such a pretty handmade piece that I’m looking forward to wearing again and again. If you’re in search of for holiday gifts, you have to check out their selection here! I also love their curated collection of gifts for mom too here.
What’s your favorite unique gift ideas?
*Thank you to UncommonGoods for sponsoring today’s post.*
Love the subtle print mixing with the striped top and leopard print belt! 🙂
I’ve already started doing some Christmas shopping – October sales are great for that! I’m hoping to try be more organised, as taking a toddler around busy stores at Christmas does not sound appealing!

Ooh love the bracelet, it’s so fun!
As for Christmas talk…I do TALK about it before Thanksgiving, but I don’t allow myself to listen to music or watch movies until after Thanksgiving, but then I go all out, haha!

I always love a good leopard/stripes combo. I used to be firmly in the “No Christmas before Thanksgiving” camp, but now that I have my own place to decorate I always get started a little early – seems silly to put in all the work of decorating when it’ll only be up a couple of weeks!
