Another weekend behind us, and it was an interesting one. I was out of commission on Friday with a fever and yet somehow I decided that sticking with running my 10k on Saturday was a good idea. The race actually went better than I expected but my poor stomach certainly paid for it for the rest of the weekend. By Sunday afternoon I was finally starting to feel a bit normal again, so hopefully I’m on the mend.
